Following the workplace survey, everyone in the organisation is invited to start the Part I subjective assessment online.

The Part I is delivered online for users to complete at their convenience

Questions from the Part I include gathering some demographic information, mental health history, medical background and medically validated screening questions to help us have a broader contextual understanding of the individual.
