One in four people in the UK will have a mental health problem at some point in their life [1]. Whilst mental health problems are very common, most are mild, tend to be short-term and can be successfully treated. Yet, only one in eight people with a mental health condition are receiving appropriate treatment [2].

Psynergy Mental Health was founded to address this problem. We envision a future where everyone can be given effective interventions for mental health problems that are specific to them and can deliver both predictive and positive outcomes.

Poor mental health not only has major long-term effects on individuals, but [3]. We aim to help relieve this burden for individuals and organisations as a whole.

Our is designed for forward-thinking organisations who wish to provide mental health services for their workforce and implement national mental health standards for dealing with mental health problems [4]. Overall, we want organisations to foster the most productive and prosperous environment possible.
