What is the Psynergy Mental Wellness Programme?

We believe that to understand mental wellness you need a holistic understanding that is both subjective and objective. This is why we combine both a subjective and objective component to our programme, so that we can understand our users in a more precise way.

As part of our programme, we integrate a range of validated ways to assess mental health, including an adapted mental health assessment, mental health diagnostic screens, personality metrics, cognitive testing and brain activity measures.

All data are kept completely anonymously, and are accessible via our secure platform.

The following sections consitute the programme:

• An online workplace survey for those who work within the organisation

• An online Part I: subjective assessment

• An in-person Part II: objective assessment

• An in-person feedback and discussion session for both employees and the organisation, with data-driven reporting
